Refunds Policy

As our jewellery is customised and made to order, all of our items are non-refundable.

Please note, cancellations or changes made after 24 hours are not applicable.

Please email us at help@jewelleryamore.com if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault. Please see our Jewellery Care instructions on how to properly care for your items.
